Located in Tainan’s Xinying District, the Aero Win Technology Corporation was founded in 1974 and was listed on the TAIEX on January 27, 2015. The company is one of only a few domestic manufacturers that specialize in producing aviation parts. The sales of aeronautical products make up more than 98% of the company's total revenue.
With the MOEA's resources for industrial collaboration, Aero Win Technology has acquired orders from aero-engine parts from the French company Snecma, accumulating as a result greater technological competencies. Now an important supplier to aero-engine manufacturers worldwide, Aero Win Technology has passed the AS9100 certification, as well as multiple NADCAP certifications for liquid penetration inspection, hard soldering, and electric discharge machining. The company's annual revenue has reached NT$767 million, with clients including Pratt & Whitney, Snecma, Hispano-Suiza, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, HITACHI, etc.
The company is focusing on the sales of aero-engine parts for the world's best-selling airliner types, single aisle aircrafts such as the Airbus A320 and Boeing 737. For the past two years, Aero Win Technology has successfully marketed its new-generation engine models. For example, both the Airbus A320neo and Boeing’s 737MAX use high-efficiency engines that burn as much as 16% less fuel than the other models available on the market. Their parts are produced by Aero Win Technology.
To accommodate newly acquired mid-to-long term orders, Aero Win Technology is seeking land lots for expansion with the support of the MOEA’s Industrial Development Bureau and InvesTaiwan Service Center. The investment is expected to exceed NT$200 million and create about 50 jobs.
