ITC Makes an Affirmative Injury Determination in Five-Year (Sunset) Review Concerning the Antidumping Duty on Benzoyl Peroxide from China(Source:MOEA)

On January 18, 2016, the International Trade Commission (ITC) of the Ministry of Economic Affairs (MOEA) made a determination that the revocation of the antidumping duty on benzoyl peroxide from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of injury to the domestic industry. As required by the Regulations Governing the Implementation of the Imposition of Countervailing and Anti-dumping Duties, the MOEA shall notify the Ministry of Finance (MOF) of ITC's determination, and the MOF shall make a decision on whether the imposition of the antidumping duty will continue. The public Chinese version of the injury investigation report is expected to be available after February 18, 2016 from ITC's website (http://www.moeaitc.gov.tw).
