1.Central Region Office, MOEA in Feb. 2017 nullifies the registration of 68 non-operating companies, 142 for cumulative nullification. The results shown as the attachment.
2.The company fails to commence its business operation after elapse of 6 months from its registration or discontinues, at its own discretion, for a period over 6 months, the competent authority, MOEA , may order its dissolution, in accordance with the provisions of Article 10 of the Company Act. In case a company fails to have a record of dissolution go through, MOEA may nullify its registration, in accordance with the provisions of Article 397 of the Company Act.
