2015 Consumer Protection Education Program(Source: MOEA)

This program aims to raise both the consumers’ and business operators’ awareness of the Consumer Protection Law and standard contracts by means of contracts checks and reviews, onsite audit, consumer education, among which help reduce information asymmetry of both parties, and improve the quality of consumer life and construct fair trade environment and conditions for consumers. In addition, it also helps enhance the efficacy of consumer education so as to protect the interests of consumers.
