Upholding “increase the competitiveness of commercial areas, bring affection to the life” s as the vision, the plan adds DNA of increasing competitiveness: Surprise, Style, Story, Service, and Security, based on the past emphasis on “organization, design, operation, and marketing”, and makes it spread in each commercial area. The plan hopes that commercial areas are equipped with demonstrative functions of operating showcases, and also the people-friendly environment where visitors can have premium experiences of fun trips, creating the value difficult to be replaced.
