The plan follows guidance of featured commercial areas in 2014, including Shuimei commercial area of Sanyi, Miaoli County, Guguan commercial area in Taichung City, Art Garden commercial area in Taichung City, and Jiji commercial area in Nantou County, which are rich in natural resources and humane and artistic atmosphere. To continue increasing the competitiveness of commercial areas, the heavyweight issues of local commercial development are created to motivate local commercial development based on the operating experiences and celebrity of outstanding commercial areas. Moreover, the plan, with an orientation toward differentiation of products and services, shapes the vivid image of commercial areas, links surrounding commercial resources, expands the scope of services and references, motivates growth of regional economy, and forges ahead the international stage.
