Taipei, December 23, 2015 -- Industrial production index posted an annual decrease of 4.94% in November. Referring to the production status of each industry, manufacturing decreased 5.03%, mining & quarrying decreased 1.44%, electricity & gas supply decreased 13.22%, water supply decreased 2.02%, and buildings construction increased 17.70%.
