Taipei, March 23, 2016 -- Industrial production index posted an annual decrease of 3.65% in February. Referring to the production status of each industry, manufacturing decreased 4.65%, mining & quarrying decreased 2.13%, electricity & gas supply increased 7.29%, water supply increased 2.17%, and buildings construction increased 23.62%.
