Ms. Rachel Zhang, former McKinsey & Company partner, called on Vice Minister of Economic Affairs Jong-Chin Shen on March 28, 2016. During the meeting, they exchanged views on the future of biotechnology and pharmaceutical industry development, Taiwan's role in global biotechnology market, and overseas acquisitions. Ms. Zhang was a counselor to C-level executives on topics of corporate strategy, global innovation, R&D productivity, and organization design. She supported several of the largest overseas acquisitions and post-merger integrations by Japanese companies.
