Taipei, April 22, 2016 -- Industrial production index posted an annual decrease of 3.57% in March. Referring to the production status of each industry, manufacturing decreased 4.16%, mining & quarrying increased 2.50%, electricity & gas supply increased 7.44%, water supply increased 0.87%, and buildings construction increased 2.89%.
