New Features in the Eastern Taiwanese Cuisine(Source:MOEA)

The Stone & Resource Industry R&D Center (SRDC) invited Eastern Taiwanese manufacturers to participate in the 26th Taipei International Food Show during June 22nd to 25 in the Nangang Exhibition Hall. They have planned two themes for the activities, local specialty products and deep-sea water, and hope the Eastern Taiwanese manufactures could access international business opportunities. Based on local industrial characteristics, SRDC carries out several suitable commodity development projects, to help the Eastern Taiwanese on industrial innovation, in addition to increasing flavor and taste of the product, but also improving the health value of the product. They will describe the story behind each product from the manufacturers, and arrange for creative cooking activities in the booth (N0625a). It will also provide an opportunity for buyers and audience to enjoy the tasting experience as well as learn new tips on easy home cooking.
