Mr. Hugues Mignot, director of the Luxembourg Trade and Investment Office paid a courtesy visit to Department of International Cooperation Director General Cynthia Kiang on Aug. 29, 2016. They discussed a scheduled visit to Taiwan by a team of experts from Luxembourg's Ministry of Economic Affairs at the end of October, as well as the upcoming 9th Luxembourg-Taiwan Joint Business Council to be held in Luxembourg on Nov. 24.
