They discussed various issues, including Taiwan-Philippine bilateral trade, investment, technical and industry cooperation, and so on. In order to increase opportunities for bilateral trade and industry cooperation, representatives of several units were invited to attend, including Bureau of Foreign Trade of MOEA, Taiwan External Trade Development Council (TAITRA), Electronic and Optoelectronic System Research Laboratories of ITRI and Taiwan Semiconductor Industry Association (TSIA).
