Mr. Jose Luis Echaniz, director general of the Spanish Chamber of Commerce in Taiwan, paid a courtesy visit to Minister of Economic Affairs Chih-Kung Lee on Oct. 3, 2016. During their meeting, they exchanged views on a range of topics, including economic and energy policies as well as renewable energy.
