A MOEA theme pavilion of 2016 Itmonth, “Technology Magic Valley", will showcase the annual R&D results of the IDB and DoIT in Taichung, Kaohsiung and Tainan starting December 16th. The pavilion features magical VR interactive experiences, displaying various domestic VR games and applications. Through the three themes of "City Local Features", "Creative Hand-craft Experiences", and "Theme Scenarios" as well as many live events and Facebook fan club activities, the showcase is expected to lead audiences into a magical VR world.
"City Local Features" combines the characteristics of three cities, Taichung, Kaohsiung and Tainan; “Taichung Sightseeing English” is a magic mirror that is technically supported by Gjun Information’s “English Town APP.” It allows audiences to play life Q&A games with foreign teachers. “Tainan 4G Smart City” uses floor projection & interactive technology displays to create a Magic Potion Street that is sponsored by FarEasTone’s “Lanes X Tainan APP” and showcases street/lane APP technology. “Kaohsiung Somatosensory Entertainment” presents a VR rock-climbing game provided by Unicorn Entertainment, and gives players an exciting rock climbing experience from the first-person perspective.
“Creative Hand-craft Experience” features EOSL’s VR Piano Room and Mind & Idea Fly’s AR Magic Painting Room. These interactive experiences surprises audiences with 3D images that jump out of 2D images, traveling between virtual reality and the real world.
The “Technology Magic Valley” will be exhibited in Taichung, Kaohsiung and Tainan starting December 16th at 2016 Itmonth. Except for live activities, the MOEA will host Facebook fan clubs’ events. Let’s go experience the charm and magic of virtual reality!
