A delegation of New England state legislative delegation paid a visit to Department of International Cooperation Deputy Director General Shih-Chou Huang on Dec. 12, 2016, to exchange views on a range of topics, including Taiwan-U.S. trade and investment relations, and Taiwan's new economic and energy policies.
