Mr. Guy Alexander Wittich, Representative of the Trade and Investment Office (NTIO) was invited to the ROC Ministry of Economic Affairs on March 10, 2017 to give a briefing on the Dutch government's initiative to develop a circular economy in the Netherlands by the year 2050. The meeting was chaired by ROC Vice Minister of Economic Affairs Mei-Hua Wang.
