Department of International Cooperation Director General Cynthia Kiang received Rolf Frei, director of the Trade Office of Swiss Industries in Taipei, at the Ministry of Economic Affairs on June 7, 2017. During their meeting, they discussed the details of an upcoming seminar titled, "Innovation for Increased Competitiveness: The Swiss and the Taiwanese Perspective," which will be held Nov. 23.
