Director General Cynthia Kiang of the Department of International Cooperation received a visiting delegation of the Royal United Services Institute (RUSI), led by Deputy Director-General Malcolm Chalmers, on Sept. 6, 2017. During their meeting, they exchanged views on Taiwan-UK trade relations, the possibility of signing a bilateral free trade agreement, cyber security, and a range of other topics.
